Acquisition of Solid Power Distribution A by BayWa r.e.
BDO supported BayWa during the acquisition of a leading wholesaler of components for photovoltaic powerplants in the Czech Republic. The BDO Transaction Services team in the Czech Republic provided financial and tax due diligence services to BayWa GmbH in connection with the acquisition of Solid Power Distribution, a leading wholesaler of components for photovoltaic powerplants in the Czech Republic. The Prague based Transaction Services team also assisted with purchase price negotiations, inventory count review at closing and provided SPA advisory to BayWa.
The BDO Transaction Services teams in Denmark and Sweden provided financial and tax due diligence services to Efficy SA from Belgium on two transactions during 2021. Efficy SA, backed by the PE's Fortino Capital and APAX acquired webCRM A/S from Denmark and Apsis Group AB from Sweden. WebCRM is the no.1 independent CRM provider in Denmark. The company offers a very configurable, easy to use and highly secure cloud-based CRM system. Apsis Group AB is a leading Nordic provider of data-driven marketing with 20 years of experience providing solutions for email marketing, marketing automation and marketing personalisation. Efficy is a software provider offering medium and large businesses a complete, flexible, and extended CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution which helps companies manage their customer relationships.
