Safety Peak hour crash data from 2015 to 2019 was reviewed for the redevelopment area based on Hillsborough County data. During this time-frame, 1,142 crashes were reported within the redevelopment area ( Table 7 ). Of those crashes, one crash resulted in a fatality and 33 crashes resulted in serious injury ( Table 8 ). The fatal crash occurred at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Dacca Drive, involving an automobile driver turning left and hitting a motorcyclist. Table 7.
