The origins of Olive Branch Plumbing trace back to 1994, when Terry Gross, driven by a vision of dependable and high-quality plumbing service, laid the foundation for what would become a multi-generational enterprise. “He knew he could put in the work and create something better,” Capps recalls. “There weren’t many plumbers around at the time, and he believed he could help the community.” This commitment to the community, to excellence in workmanship, and to creating a legacy continues to define the company's mission today. After the unexpected passing of Terry Gross in 2001, the business was taken over by Angel, Terrys’ Daughter.
Angel, with determination and adaptability, further expanded the business from handling residential service calls to include new construction on residential projects. Under her leadership, the company thrived during the residential boom, skillfully handling the increased demand and positioning Olive Branch Plumbing as a trusted name in the community. Angel’s resilience was especially evident in 2008, during the economic downturn.
