Safety Measures During the Event: • Hand-sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility at entrances and in high-contact areas, such as entrance-ways, including the Exhibits Floor. Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer frequently throughout the day. • Please pay attention to event signage as a reminder of the on-site health and safety protocols. • The Metro Toronto Convention Centre reports that it uses cleaning products that meet or exceed local, provincial and federal guidelines regarding effectiveness against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and blood-borne pathogens.It reports that it has highly effective air filters in all HVAC systems and has increased the cleaning frequency of the air-handling units and volume of fresh-air intake. • First-aid personnel are on-site at ASM22 in the North and South buildings to help with first-aid requirements and other medical emergencies. • As a precaution, we encourage you to limit touchpoints throughout the facilities. Cash payments are not accepted on the Exhibits Floor and we encourage you to use our cashless payment systems at registration.
