He received his specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry in 1984 from the Indiana University. Dr. Plotzke has been the Dental Director of the Cleft Lip and Palate team in London, Ont., since 1992. He retired from full-time practice in 2014 and is President of the Canadian Society for Disability and Oral Health.
