in 2007. A former competitive gymnast, she was initially drawn to this practice because of its union of strength, flexibility, and balance. Over the years her appreciation of yoga has grown exponentially, with deeper knowledge of not just the physical, but also the mental benefits. Jamie underwent her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2015 and is currently pursing her post graduate certification in medical therapeutic yoga through the Professional Yoga Therapy Institute.
Jessica Deutsch, PTA. Jessica has an established reputation as an empathetic, patient-oriented professional with over 8 years of experience in the Physical Therapy industry. She’s treated both children and adults with orthopedic, sports and neurological conditions. Jessica earned a BA in exercise science with a minor in coaching from West Chester University and received her license as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Central Pennsylvania College. She’s coached gymnasts at various gyms across the state of Pennsylvania. At WCU, Jessica earned a 4-year letter as an all-around gymnast.
