This past spring we had 21 people complete our First EVER Spring Clean and Lean Challenge. They did amazing!! Each and everyone one of them completed a minimum of 3 work outs

“This was a challenge to me after the 2nd week didn’t know if I could keep up. Thought about dropping out but I’m glad I pushed through the negative thoughts. I surprised myself and finished up feeling better about myself knowing I finished a tough class. It helped me do my first 5k on Sunday with not running since November. Thank you to all the coaches and therapists that helped me these last few months.” – Tom T.

“I have learned.. it is pretty easy to eat healthier and to stick to a workout routine. This has definitely been the jump start I needed. It is nice to see some results and feel good. This has been such a positive experience for me. I have learned that I am stronger than I thought and can push myself.
