Take your game to the next level by improving your speed, agility, and vertical jump by participating in our Sportsmetric program. This sports training program is designed to improve athletic performance as well as scientifically proven to reduce your risk for potential ACL tears and other significant knee injuries. Our goal is to keep you in the game and maximize your potential. In this program you will be trained by a licensed PTwith a Sportsmetric certification. This programwill provide video analysis of your jumping and athletic performance. This allows the athlete to see their strengths and weakness and improve their mechanics in a way that will reduced injuries and produce better performance in their sport. STRAIGHT LEG RAISE While on your back as shown below, keep your knee straight and lift your leg up while leaving the other foot flat on the surface with knee bent. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 20 times.
