Jan 4 Date of Record - You must be an owner in good standing on this date in order to vote in this election. Jan 4 Last day to submit a statement of intent to be a candidate for Board Director by 4PM to the Board Room.
Directors C RAIG W IRCH and B OB M OORE are completing their terms of office, opening two positions on the Board of Directors. Serving on the Board is a challenging and rewarding way to contribute to your Resort. Board candidate information packets can be picked up in the Board Office, La Palma.

Thursday January 17, 1:30PM - La Palma
Call to order and immediately recess for the tabulation of ballots by the Inspectors of Election. Ballots may be turned in up until 10:30AM but not after when the tabulation process begins. 1:00PM Annual Meeting Resumes & Election Results Announced.
Owners will have an opportunity to meet the candidates for Board and learn their positions on various topics. Following a formal program with questions posed to the candidates by a moderator, there will be an informal coffee reception for owners to meet and speak directly to the candidates.
Ballots will be mailed on Feb 4. If you want your ballot mailed to you at ORPS and NOT to your address of record (generally your home address) please notify: S USAN M ATTHEW BY EMAIL : (smatthew@orps.com) or call 760- 904-6643 no later than January 21, 2019
