FARE Program The FARE program helps families with low incomes enjoy recreation experiences. To be eligible, you must: • be a resident of Oxford County; • have a total household income below the Low Income Cut Offs (LICO); • provide proof of financial status Jumpstart To be eligible for Jumpstart you need to: • be 4-18 years old; • be from a home with a total household income below the low income cut offs (LICO) • require help with registration fees, equipment and/ or transportation • want to get active by learning a new sport or keeping up with a sport
