Here at Integrity Tire, we are always on the lookout for ways to improve our quality services for each of our customers. Over the past six months, my team and I have been working diligently to do just that. Some of you may have already seen the changes our Dover location has undergone, and I want to take this time to write about how these changes will affect you, along with some other changes you can expect. Recently, we got access to the building on the other side of the parking lot at our Dover location. The main building we were using for both the showroom and shop will continue to function as a showroom, but the bay area where we had previously worked will now be our warehouse. All of the equipment and tools we had in the shop will be relocated into the second building, where our work capacity will increase. Instead of just one or two cars, we will now be able to work on three or four vehicles at a time. In addition to this substantial upgrade, our website will also undergo several changes to further help our customers. One added feature is a wheel configurator, which will help people get an idea about which wheels they want for their cars. Plus, the nearby hiking trails through the redwoods offer a free added experience. DINOSAUR LAND; WHITE POST, VIRGINIA It might not be Jurassic Park, but it’s still worth a look. Nestled in the greenery of Northern Virginia, this park has over 50 life-size statues of dinosaurs of all kinds. Tours are self-guided, parking is free, and children (or adults) with dinosaur obsessions are sure to smile and point out their favorites. It’s certainly something to “rawr” home about. Having your phone out of sight and out of reach will keep the temptation of pulling it out at bay. Spending time with your family is crucial, and with these apps and tips, you’ll enjoy each other’s company without too many screen distractions.
Setting some time aside to be with family is important, but it can be difficult when everyone is always on their cellphones. Constant cellphone use has become a global problem, and the habit is hard to break because we rely on mobile devices heavily for work, school, and keeping in contact with friends and family. Luckily, there are plenty of apps that can reduce how often you’re on your phone and minimize distractions.
SIEMPO After you install Siempo on your phone, it will ask which apps are likely to distract you. Once you select them, the app will move those apps away from the home screen and place the important ones, such as the messaging, contacts, email, and calendar apps, on the first screen. You can also designate times for specific apps to be used throughout the day. STAY FOCUSED Stay Focused is like Siempo, but there are some significant differences. You can

2019 OLD-FASHIONED FOURTH OF JULY Where: The City of Lewes When: July 4, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission: Free! Website: LewesChamber.com/events The Fourth of July is a time to celebrate America’s independence, and what better way to do that than with games, parades, and of course, fireworks! Old-fashioned games will be available along Second Street starting at 9 a.m. for children of all ages and will be followed by the city of Lewes’ annual Boat and Doo-Dah Parades. Starting from Roosevelt Inlet, the Boat Parade will travel along the Lewes Canal toward the Savannah Road drawbridge, and the Doo-Dah Parade will start near Lloyd’s Market and loop through the city. At dusk, the fireworks will be set off from a barge just off of Lewes Beach.
SEA GLASS AND COASTAL ARTS FESTIVAL Where: Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal When: June 22–23 Admission: $5 (free for children under 12) Contact: 302-645-7670 For its 10th anniversary this year, Lewes will host over 70 sea-glass artists, as well as waterfowl painters and decoy carvers. The public is also encouraged to bring their own findings of sea glass to this event to have them identified.
