Fair Housing and Beyond - December 5, 2012 - Limited Seats Available! Join us on Wednesday, December 5th Fair Housing and Beyond presented by Jenel Marraccini, Esq. and Paul Jay Cohen, Esq., of Cohen and Willwerth P.C. This dynamic multimedia-driven course sets new standards in fair housing. Jointly developed by the NAAEI and IREM, it uses DVD-delivered scenarios to demonstrate real-life situations that require critical thinking and prudent decision-making. It vividly shows the potentially serious consequences of incorrect responses, provides students coaching on how to avoid costly mistakes, and delivers relevant knowledge of fair housing essentials. Get practical explanations of how federal, state, and local protected classes and barred discriminatory acts impact property management operations. This training session is intended for onsite staff (property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance personnel) as well as management company executives, corporate office staff, and vendors. It will be held at NJAA Headquarters from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Continental breakfast at 8:30 am and lunch will be served. The cost is $79 for NJAA members, $109 for non-members.
