Christopher Shawn Meister has been living in Belleville for three years and is completing his last year of Television and NewMedia Productions at Loyalist College. From there, my plan went fromnot only heading to Algonquin College to pursue Theatre Arts, but to then make my way to Loyalist College to pursue film.” Having several projects under his belt and with a deep knowledge of everything relating to film, Meister hopes to soon tackle future projects. “My dream is to have a career in the television or film industry whether it is in front or behind the camera,” he stressed. “Personally, I can’t come to say where this “dream” job would be because that’s just not who I am. What I can say is the absolute dreamwould involve traveling the world and filming things that most people may never get to see. Making everyday a new adventure is the true dream.” When asked what kind of advice he could give to individuals wanting to follow in his footsteps, Meister replied, “The moment you’re given a chance to go after your dream, take it. Any opportunity, no matter its outcome, only furthers who you are as a person. As I tell everyone about the choices I make, I’d rather say I tried and failed than regretting not trying at all.”

Content creating has always been a passion for Christopher Shawn Meister, from acting to filming. Having been raised in Cornwall, the young man is currently completing his last year of studies in the Television and NewMedia Production programof Loyalist College. Although Meister has been living in Belleville for the past three years, he still holds his hometown close to his heart. “Cornwall is where the passion began,” he explained. “More specifically while attending the Cornwall Collegiate and Vocational School (CCVS). I already had my passion for acting, but without Robert Poirier as my drama teacher, pushing me and seeing nothing but good inme, that passion could have burned out.” Along with a passion for acting, the man quickly fell in love with filming. “I had won a Sony flip camera one day at my work, and from that day I would spendmost of my free
