Professional/leadership CPD/further training/development. Experience / Knowledge Significant experience in the delivery of Total Facilities Management across a large, diverse and populated Estate. Sound technical knowledge covering a broad spectrum of Infrastruc- ture, Maintenance and Facilities Management. Experience of managing both in-house and contracted operational facilities services including experience of procurement, budget and contract management for multi-million pound facilities services. Possessing the capability, credibility and experience to lead a team of experienced technical and operational professionals. Demonstrable experience of building credibility and influence with senior stakeholders internally and external. To have broad experience of development of large organisational estates strategies and specifically the development of long-term infrastructure and maintenance master planning. Experience in senior programme/project management within a simi- lar diverse portfolio. Experience of planning and managing significant financial and staff- ing resources related to all aspects of facilities management. Knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety and other relevant statutory obligations/ legislation and their practical application in the workplace. Significant experience in reviewing and managing risk and imple- menting systems to ensure its reduction. Track record of successful delivery of change management, staff de- velopment and implementation of innovative systems management / maintenance service. Evidence of successful project handovers to operational Estates teams.
