Financial Performance • To prepare business cases for new projects, carry out reviews along with cyclical budgeting, forecasting and data analysis. • To ensure that ROSL receives best value for money through the es- tablishment of robust procurement processes and regular review of all contracts and performance audits. Compliance • To ensure that proactive audit systems are in place to manage H&S processes and risk and to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and organizational policies and procedures across all areas of Opera- tions. • To ensure Security and Emergency Planning encompasses all rele- vant risks by taking expert advice and that organizational policies and procedures allow these to be mitigated or managed through changes in working practices, systems or physical structures to protect people, buildings and other assets. • To ensure continual compliance with policies and procedures through the Duty Manager rota, working closely with the Rooms Division and Maintenance Managers as well as contractors working on site.
