In Palm Springs, California, Flair at Miralon collection caters to locale with mid- century aesthetics both inside and out. The flat-roof façades of each of the five designs utilize stucco, concrete, and subtle color, and the judges enjoyed the variations of the floor plans and elevations that all complement each other very well. Located in a new agrihood with thousands of olive trees, the homes orient to the mountain vistas and each incorporate their own indoor-outdoor living spaces for true upscale ambience in the high $700s to high $800s price point.
