Debra Falese, AIA, is president of the Woodley Architectural Group, Inc., California office, and oversees all day-to-day operations. She brings her enthusiastic energy and passion to the design process. In addition to being a hands-on manager, overseeing all aspects of the business, she has been instrumental in all projects throughout the United States, as well as international projects. Having worked with Michael Woodley for over 20 years, they have established a creative flow resulting in hundreds of highly acclaimed projects, shaping the housing industry for our clients both here and abroad. Debra received her architecture degree in 1987 from the University of Oregon and has been a featured speaker at PCBC. She is licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, and Texas.
Laurie Ford has provided strategic counsel and proven leadership to public and private homebuilders and real estate developers throughout the U.S. for over 25 years. She is a seasoned industry expert with in-depth knowledge of industry drivers, disruptors, key contributors and overall operational effectiveness. Having full P&L accountability for successful mixed-use and master planned communities throughout the U.S., Laurie has a notable track record of capital recruitment, designing investment strategies, driving revenues and achieving operational excellence to consistently meet or exceed business plan and financial objectives. Laurie is passionate about fighting against the status quo by identifying strategic opportunities and implementing forward-thinking initiatives to enhance differentiation, increase market share, and improve profitability. Prior to her current roles with Lomonaco Investments and Ford Revelations, she contributed to the success of a number of innovative companies, including Global City Communities, Newland Real Estate Group, Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company an Quadrant Homes.
John is an award-winning editorial, programming, and digital content strategist.
Anne Postle, Architect, CAASH, brings over 25 years experience in market-driven residential architecture to her clients. She is a regular speaker at the International Builders Show, the Rocky Mountain Builders Show and the 50+ Housing Symposium. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, Osmosis Architecture had an award winning custom home entry in The Nationals, and in 2008, 2009 and 2011, they received a Gold Award in the Best of 50+ Housing. Anne is a regular contributor to Professional Builder’s House Review and frequently speaks at the International Builders’ Shows for the past 18 years. Speaking on ‘Affordable Million Dollar Details’ on several occasions. ‘He Said, She Said: Meeting the Demands of Today’s Men and Women buyers’ used survey data to show how differing priorities between men and women influence their home purchase. Most recently Anne spoke at the 2019 IBS on a panel discussing Being Memorable: Captivating Buyers with Cutting-Edge Design Trends.
