This beautiful residence had the challenge of staying under a 14’ height restriction and a client that wanted the feel of a two-story home. It was designed with a main floor and basement, with both levels open and flooded with light. Sliding glass walls, a sunken courtyard and a blending of spaces with continuous materials that blur the line between indoor and outdoor all work together to achieve a warm, inviting, and stunning home.
