Judges comments: This infill project located in San Francisco, California is the connection of a trio of buildings interfaced with pathways tying it together with modern homes, variety of pedestrian spaces, urban convenience to neighboring commercial, and direct views to Potrero Hill. Architecturally, the variety of materials and patterns with the staggering of exterior walls creates interesting vistas along both interior and exterior pathways of the project which the judges embraced as key elements for being selected as the grand award.
