Using Edge or Safari? Try installing Chrome or Firefox. Check recommendations for your application; Chrome is preferred for D2L. See the D2L QuickGuide for required browser settings. WEBSITES WON'T OPEN

Can't find email messages? In Outlook, turn off Focused Inbox. At the top of the page, click Settings (gear). In the Quick Settings box, find Focused Inbox and move the toggle switch to off. MISSING EMAILS

Using Mac's Pages app? Click File> Export to> Word to download a version your instructor can read. Or, use Microsoft Office via your student email account. INSTRUCTOR CAN'T OPEN A MAC FILE

Using Office 365 to share files as email attachments? In Outlook, click Settings (gear at top)> View all Outlook settings> Mail> Attachments> Always share as copies> Save. INSTRUCTOR CAN'T OPEN YOUR EMAIL ATTACHMENT
