Bidwells is one of the top 15 property consultancies in the UK,with offices not only in Cambridge and London, but also Oxford, Norwich, Milton Keynes and Trimley. Established in 1839, they have retained many of their original clients including some of the best-known Colleges in Cambridge and Oxford, who are among the biggest landowners in the UK. In a 2017/18 analysis of seven of its closest competitors, Bidwells was the only property consultancy to pay a bonus to 100 per cent of its staff. Whilst they are growing in numbers, they have still managed to maintain that feeling of being a close-knit team and are therefore looking for someone who not only has that desire to succeed but who can also live their values - where they strive for excellence, work with honesty and integrity and want to have fun at work too.
