nounced that Luke Des- mone is the recipient of the 2013 James Kling Fellowship Award. Desmone is the found- ing partner of Desmone & Associate Architects , a full-service architectural and interior design firm located in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. The James Kling Fellowship Award was established by the AIA-MBA Joint Committee to recognize those individuals who best exemplify collabora- tion between the design and constructor professions. These individuals, through their ac- tion and example, provide both members of the AIA and the MBA standards of excellence to strive for in an effort to bridge the gap between both professions. To qualify for this award, individuals must be nominated by the opposite profession. The namesake of this award, James Kling, is af- ter a longstanding figure on the AIA-MBA Joint Com- mittee. Kling passed away in November of 2008. The AMBLER, PA — Precis Engineering, inc. has added five new engineering and ad- ministrative staff members. The award plaque will be displayed in the MBA headquarters, where the Joint Committee meets monthly. Sager brings a decade of experience to Precis; she holds a B.S. inMechanical Engineer- ing from Georgia Institute of Technology. Zuidema has two years of professional experience spe- cializing in HVAC design; he holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsyl- vania State University. Neborak holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State
