(6) Office Orientation Use this section of the Affiliated Agent Onboarding Checklist to come prepared with as much set up in advance as possible. Many of these items will need the agent’s review. Use this time not only to introduce them to the office, but also to collaborate and begin building a working relationship.
Orientations Ideas
• Personalize as much as possible
o Welcome packet with their name o Welcome to Affiliated on TV/Sign o “if something breaks, talk to [person]” o “if you feel stuck, talk to [person]” o Book a follow up touch base before leaving o Provide a recap with clear next steps
