Agent Credentials Paperwork Process Flow Agent Partnership & Agent Team Packets
All digital paperwork for agent partnerships and agent team creation can be found in Docusign. All packets should be submitted to the appropriate Teams channel so they can be reviewed and processed for credentialing.

Agent Notifications Notification from Credentialing (trigger to start) After credentialing is complete, the Credentialing team will send 2 notifications. • The first is to the agent with a link to their Affiliated Credentials. • The second is to Cred. Submitting the agent’s information to the Helpdesk will ensure their photo, social links, and bio are accurately displayed online.

Separated Agents | Archive Users Agents that have separated from the company need to be archived NOT deleted. If you delete them, there is a chance that agents will still being active in the data pull. This will push them back into your system. Archiving them will prevent that from happening. • Separated Agent = Archived Status
Owner The ‘Owner’ status must be the Team Leaders name. To adjust, select the agent, select change owner, select your Team Leaders name. The name associated here is what is reflected on the Pipeline Report.

The system analyzes transaction volume, listing, and closing frequency over time. It compares an agent's current activity to millions of past examples of agents who stayed or left. • Monthly; download the report of at-risk agents and share them with your Team Leader.
