Recruiting efforts by the Team Leaders. Coaching opportunities for our Team Leaders that need assistance with appointments. Areas that the Agent Concierge can help focus on are: • Completed Tasks
• Contact Made • Appointments Made • Appointment Logged • New Hires
• Emails Sent • Calls Logged • Text Messages Sent
Update Recruiting Contact Profile When you update the profile the activity will register on the pipeline activity report. Under Recruiting select Contacts > Search contact > Select a contact
• Calls | Text | Email = Date, Conversation & Follow Up • Note = Date, Who is the contact; Why do I know them
