Office Switch Risk Report The tool is designed to help brokerages identify top talent ripe for recruitment and for retention of their own staff. The system analyzes transaction volume, listing, and closing frequency over time. It compares an agent's current activity to millions of past examples of agents who stayed or left. • Monthly; download the report of at-risk agents and share them with your Team Leader. Expand Search > Production Insights > Current Switch Risk > Select Risk Grading: • Green = Good; not leaving (Average or low likelihood of switching) • Red = Leaving; probably looking (Approx. 5 times more likely to switch) • Yellow = Thinking About It; might be leaving (Approx. 10 times more likely to switch)
