Move Recruiting Contact to Retention To manually move a recruited contact into your retention roster Contact > Search & select name > Select lead > Select Signed
Do Not Contact | Archive Users Agents that do not with to be contacted need to be archived NOT deleted. If you delete them, there is a chance that agents will still being active in the data pull. This will push them back into your system. Archiving them will prevent that from happening. • Do Not Contact = Archived Status

1. All texts sent from: TEAM LEADER 2. All emails sent from: TEAM LEADER 3. All tasks owned by: TEAM LEADER
