Creating a Label To create a label, select Data > Labels > Create New Label (no limit to amount)
Applying Labels to a List of Agents To create apply a label to a group of agents, select Recruiting contact > Select add Label > Select appropriate label > Select Add.
Using Labels to Filter Search Results To filter search results using the labels you created, select Expand Section > Labels > Search and Select your Label. Search results will show below.
