Agent Credentials Paperwork Process Flow Agent Partnership & Agent Team Packets
All digital paperwork for agent partnerships and agent team creation can be found in Docusign. All packets should be submitted to the appropriate Teams channel so they can be reviewed and processed for credentialing.
Docusign = Team Leader (Team Leader access only) Microsoft Teams > Affiliated Offices = Agent Concierge & Team Leader
Printable Files of the documents found in Docusign can be found in Microsoft Teams > Affiliated Offices > Agent Partnerships > Shared > Agent Credentialing Packets.
To submit a packet , go to Microsoft Teams > Affiliated Offices > Agent Partnerships > Shared. Select Upload > Upload packet. The Agent Partnership channel is designed with an automated workflow that alerts the credentialing team to review and either approve or reject the file.
