Agent Profile Select the agents name to open the profile. Select Edit, make any edits, select Save.
• Birthdays = automation in campaign • Anniversary = automation in campaign
When updating a users profile, if Brokerkit gives you the option to “duplicate” you can select yes. If it will not let you save, email support@brokerkit.com.
New Users The agent retention roster should feed into the system. If you need to manually add a contact, select +Add Team Member > enter agent info
