Mass Texting To send a mass text to the agents in your office, go to Contacts > Blast Team > Text Message. • If your team leaders number is not connected in the system, contact helpdesk@c21affiliated.com • Defaults to texts all active agents; adjust accordingly o Members who don’t want to be messaged o Remove staff that are not applicable
• Add a “this is from C21 Affiliated” • Reminders & Urgent office meetings • Add a graphic to avoid too much text
