• Bookings = Online scheduler connected to outlook • OneNote = Digital notebook that can be shared • Forms = Digital survey
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) The MLS is a powerful system that you can use your advantage. The activity that is happening in the MLS should trigger questions to ask your agents.
• New Listing = Paperwork & Marketing • Status Change = Paperwork & Marketing
If allowed, register yourself to receive notifications of your agent’s activity. This will allow you to proactively collaborate with your agents. Also, register for updates from the MLS to receive local stats, events or newsletter type information.
• Notify Agent Concierge of Agents Activity • Register for MLS Updates/Newsletters
