Gloucester's biggest retail park is up for sale
The largest retail park in Gloucester is on the market. St Oswald's retail park, home to stores including B&Q, Argos and HomeSense, is being marketed by Avison Young and CWM. The centre is owned by Hammerson, who built it in 2005. Although no official price has been given, a figure of around £68 million has been suggested.
The retail park covers some 224,450 square feet with 206,957 square feet of bulky goods, retail and leisure space with 15,963 square feet of restaurants and catering uses. According to the marketing details, the average spend at the retail park is £59, average dwell time 41 minutes and the centre attracts over 2.7 million cars a year.
