The Non-Graduate Educator will be responsible for delivering an educational program including activities that are geared toward children’s development, their health, their security and their well-being. Under the Executive Director’s appointment, the Finance Manager will oversee the operation of the finance and payroll functions for the PRCS. The Finance Manager will provide and coordinate accurate and timely financial information as required. The licensee will develop and maintain processes to ensure the integrity of reporting to internal stakeholders, government, funders, and partner agencies. The incumbent will have strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently with the willingness to take initiatives in a pressure environment. Essential employment requirements: • Completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or commerce • Designation of chartered or CPA professional accountant or presently registered in CPA program to obtain designation • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
