PLANNING AND DESIGN
To begin, rennie will initiate a project kick-off meeting in order to align all team members and related parties on the project and determine how best to proceed forward. We believe this first stage of work will identify key requirements and data requests to guide further planning and design. Our intention is to ensure we are aligned with the outcome and efforts of the wider team from day one. KEY ACTIVITIES • Meet with Grosvenor and stakeholders to identify high-level goals, concerns, and opportunities • Develop a timeline for delivery of services that specifically fulfills the needs identified • Build a rennie team that aligns with the project’s unique positioning and leverages rennie’s depth of experience with master plan communities • Documentation of key objectives and opportunities to act as guiding principles for follow-through of each project elements
