Qualifications

Essential: Possessing a relevant professional background in the estates and facilities industry, with qualifications and/or professional membership in a relevant subject. Desirable: Chartered professional qualification in property/ built environment related discipline. Skills, knowledge and experience Essential: • Significant experience and track record in a senior estates leadership role or equivalent • Evidence of initiating, developing and delivering strategies to support an organisations institutional strategy, and the ability to translate these into reality • An established track record of managing a complex portfolio of services and activities with a diverse staff mix and complex budgeting and financial management requirements • A successful track record of leading successful transformation programmes in multi-functional operating environments involving people, infrastructure, systems and culture change • Significant proven experience and ability to motivate and lead a large scale and diverse internal team on behalf of a complex organisation • Proven experience of managing major estates programmes and/or operations, and budgets associated • Experience of leading successful change programmes in multifunctional operating environments that deliver improved commercial productivity and net contribution to organisational objectives • Experience and skill in negotiating and
