It has been a good week for the Vankleek Hill Cougars in the NCJHL with two wins to add to their regular season tally plus beating the South Grenville Rangers in the Showdown series. Friday night the Cougars tamed the Mor- risburg Lions 7-1. Ryan Allen punched in two goals with singles from Nikolas Ayotte, Justin Labrosse, Trystan Lavoie, Jonathan Leblanc, and Keean McEachern. The Wednesday, February 13 game between the Hawks and the Navan Grads was rescheduled due to the winter storm. Instead, the teams played against each other on Friday, February 15, during which the Grads beat the Hawks 5-4 in shootouts.
