The Shop Foreman will report to Management and coordinate and direct workload of service technicians for maximum efficiency and productivity while providing high quality repair work. • Direct and assist in the diagnosis of machine repairs • Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness • Approve the release of equipment for delivery to customer • Provide feedback to Management on technician performances • Recommend training plans for technicians and assist in their training • Inventory, catalogue and keep track of shop tools and equipment • Provide technical support to other staff • Assist Management as required and assume their role in their absence • Ensure cleanliness and safety on the shop floor • Ability to lead by example in areas of work ethic and attitude • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use standard computer software applications • Bilingual – English & French
