“I injured my elbow playing tennis on Thanksgiving Day, 2017. The next few days after the injury were not too bad but the pain increased to a point where I was not able to brush my teeth with my right arm. I tried resting and icing it for a while but after several weeks I knew I needed to seek medical care. Nicole laid out a detailed treatment plan to help get me back to performing daily activities and back out on the court.
