l Background Investigation Report l A report summarizing the findings of the
background investigation should be prepared in relation to all applicants l In some agencies this report will also contain a recommended finding with regard to suitability although such recommendation may also be contained on a separate document, such as a transmittal memo or a recommended finding memo.
