Alvin Applicant filed a key license application with the TGRA. Alvin is forty-years old and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He disclosed an arrest and conviction for DWI and involuntary homicide associated with an alcohol related auto accident when he was 22 – a third degree felony. His application contains a statement that he has been sober for more than 15 years. His application notes that he has been self- employed as a business consultant for the past ten years. His credit report is favorable, showing a total indebtedness of $125,000.00 on his mortgage and a car loan of $25,000.00 with no late payments and minimal unsecured debt. If licensed, Alvin will report for duty as the Director of Risk Management.
