Fact Finding Hearing - Example
§ Based upon the previous case, a hearing to investigate why the vendor was allowed to work without a license was conducted. § At the hearing questions about unlicensed vendors were asked of executives. § Questions about this particular vendor were asked of the Project Manager and whether he was associated with the vendor and why this vendor was selected over other licensed vendors in the area.
Adjudicatory Hearing - Example
§ The Cash Operations Department for the casino was non-compliant. They had a number of exceptions noted by IA, 300 + exceptions noted by Revenue Audit, variances totaling $11K, and multiple IR by Surveillance for non-compliance. § The Manager for the department was served Notice for failure to enforce the SICS with his employees. § The Manager was issued a limited license that did not allow him to supervise staff or handle money.
