WGO-18 always welcomes new members. We are a group of women who gather to play golf and foster life-long friendships. We come to the game with a wide range of handicaps. We offer a variety of tournaments each year, as well as weekly play days at ARL (Tuesdays) and FFX (Fridays). For new member information, contact Jan Albers , New Member Chair. Pictured above are WGO-18 members Lorraine Hixon and Marcia Summers celebrating their completion of the Halloween Challenge-a fun tournament held each year at FFX. January Wreaths Clean Up in Arlington Cemetery: We enjoyed a great day of volunteerism cleaning up holiday wreaths in Arlington Cemetery. The cemetery has a much lower turnout for wreath clean up than wreath placing, so it was great that CWGO could lend a helping hand. Thanks to everyone who participated in this event! Upcoming Events: Believe it or not, the golf season is just around the corner. The CWGO Board is busy planning the Spring Kickoff for the end of March, and scheduling more social events in February.
