Going on a journey to better health and fitness can be so exciting. When you feel lighter and happier every day, it’s natural to want to share that energy with your loved ones. That said, sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start when it comes to teaching your kids or grandkids healthy habits. Plus, we all have a stubborn little girl inside of us who could use the same advice, no matter how great our healing foods and movements make us feel.

With that in mind, and because this is Mother’s Day month, we sat down with Danette to ask about her top five strategies for raising healthy kids and healthier selves.
