Knowledge 1. Educated to Degree level in building or project management discipline 2. Member of a Chartered Institution such as CIOB, APM, CIBSE etc.
3. Good knowledge and understanding of the application of H&S management principles. 4. Excellent knowledge of how to organize, store and present information efficiently. Skills 5. Above average organisational and time management skills, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and assess situations well. 6. Good IT skills. Experience in using computerised systems, including complex spreadsheets, word processing packages, project management applications and databases (Microsoft Office applications). 7. Good time management skills, including the ability to coordinate numerous tasks, work to strict deadlines and an ability to work quickly. 8. Good written communication skills. Experience of producing reports, manipulating and analysing data. Experience 9. Experience of managing others to achieve project objectives. 10. Diplomacy and the ability to establish good working relationships with a diverse range of people. 11. Proven property related experience. 12. Experience of working to formal procedures to achieve specific outcomes. 13. Previous experience in Higher Education and/or a client organisation. 14. Minimum 5 years Project Management experience and preferably already in a senior project manager position. 15. Line management experience desirable.
