OFFRE D’EMPLOI COORDONNATEUR(TRICE) DE PROJETS Services d’infrastructure et aménagement du territoire Poste permanent à temps plein 35 heures/semaine Lieu de travail : Cité de Clarence-Rockland Sommaire du poste: Sous la supervision immédiate du gestionnaire des projets capitaux, le (la) coordonnateur (trice) de projets est responsable de la gestion des projets capitaux d’infrastructures. Le (la) coordonnateur (trice) est également responsable d’élaborer un plan de gestion de projet lorsque ceux-ci lui sont attribués. Exigences : • Détient une certification en gestion de projet; • Unminimumde cinq (5) ans d’expérience de travail dans le domaine de gestion de projet; • Souci du détail, connaissances avancé des procédures dans le domaine de gestion de projets; • Apte à travailler dans les deux langues officielles; • Excellente aptitude organisationnelle et de gestion de temps dans le but d’établir des priorités et de rencontrer les délais prescrits; • Bonne communication verbale et écrite afin de fournir l’information claire et précise aux citoyens, consultants, développeurs et aux membres du conseil municipal; • Travail dans le bureau et à l’extérieur, peut être exposé aux intempéries. À l’occasion, l'employé peut être demandé à travailler des heures supplémentaires et des quarts de travail irréguliers. • Une vérification du casier judiciaire doit être fournie à l’embauche seulement (elle doit dater de moins de trois mois avant la date où elle est requise) et est une condition d'emploi. Position summary: Under the supervision of the Manager of Capital projects, the project coordinator is responsible for the management of capital infrastructure projects. The coordinator is also responsible for preparing management plans as projects are assigned. Requirements: • Project Management certification; • A minimum of five (5) years in the field of Project Management; • Attention to detail, advanced knowledge of project management procedures and techniques; • Ability to work in both official languages; • Excellent organizational skills and time management in order to set priorities and meet deadlines; • Good verbal and written communication skills in order to provide clear and accurate information to citizens, engineers, developers and Municipal Council members; • Works in and out of the office and can be exposed to bad weather conditions. May be required to occasionally work overtime and irregular shifts. • A criminal record checkmust be provided upon hiring only (must be dated less than three months prior to the requested date) and is a condition of employment. Assets: • Holds a college degree in Civil Engineering and/or ArchitecturalTechnology (3 years); • Good technical knowledge of Civil Engineer- ing but more specifically in the field of road infrastructure and/ or architectural know- ledge; • Member of a Professional Association such as: Association of Certified Technicians and Technologists of Ontario.
