Wharton Realty Group purchased the 352,413 square foot retail shop- ping center for $52,500,000. One and Olney, anchored by ShopRite, center to- tals 339,784 square-feet and includes tenants such as Dollar Tree, Modell’s and Burger King. The sale gar- nered a tremendous amount of investor interest from a broad spectrum of buyers including institutional investors, REITS and private investors due to Shop- Rite’s excellent sales history and the dense population in the trade area.
