Nicola Douglass is the Lead Pastor of Hillsong UK alongside her husband Tim. She is a gifted Bible teacher with a heart for empowering people to live out the Word of God in their everyday lives. Known for her authenticity, wisdom, and pastoral strength, Nicola has been serving within Hillsong Church for decades across Sydney, Melbourne and London. Since moving to the UK with her family in 2021, Nicola has played a significant role in shaping the spiritual culture and community health of Hillsong UK. She carries a deep passion for women’s ministry, and building strong, Christ- centred disciples.
