Hello Uncommon Woman, I am absolutely delighted to welcome you to this year’s Uncommon Woman Conference #UWC26. Can you believe this is the 14th in the series and that we are returning to a three-day conference for the first time since Covid!! I am truly excited, and I trust you are too. Whether you have travelled from near or far, or you are joining us through our online experience, I sense deeply that this is not just another conference. This is a defining moment. A divine appointment. A recalibration season for each of us. Our theme this year is: Influence! Living in His Power Inspired by our foundational scripture, Matthew 5:13–16 (NLT): “You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden… In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.” In a world captivated by followers, platforms, and influencers, we are being called back to the feet of the Greatest Influencer of all time — Jesus. He is redefining influence for us. Over these three days, we will allow Him to recalibrate our understanding of what it truly means to be salt and light in our homes, at work, in ministry, in school, in business, in leadership, and across every sphere He has entrusted to us. There is a divine urgency in this hour and a call to Go, shine and influence in His power. I am expectant for all that God will do in and through us over these three powerful days. I pray that the Spirit of God will bring inspiration, clarity, courage and conviction. That He will refill our lamps and position us for the work that He is calling us all to. I am so glad we are on this journey together ! Enjoy every moment of the conference Uncommon Woman !! In His love and mine,
