Highly organised with good attention to detail, deadlines and accuracy. Excellent communication skills able to write clear and concise reports and give clarity orally to specialists and non specialists at varying degrees of seniority. Ability to work under pressure (multitask, hit deadlines), and work flexibly to meet deadlines. Experience of working within the HEI sector and knowledge of key challenges facing the sector. Excellent interpersonal skills.
